The role involves overseeing the planning, production, logistics and operational delivery of the AO Ballpark and other major TES Live events. This includes managing event operations from bump-in/out schedules to contractor management, owning budgets and ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely and within margins.

The ideal candidate will have proven event operations or production management experience, with strong budget and contractor management skills. They will also possess calm leadership under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all event operations
  • Own budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and safely
  • Lead logistics, suppliers and on-site crews to bring large-scale activations to life

About You:

  • Proven track record in event operations or production management
  • Strong budget and contractor management skills
  • Calm leadership under pressure with excellent communication skills
