Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will provide financial analysis and insights to support sales and marketing initiatives, working closely with our dynamic and growing Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support sales and marketing initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Partner with Cost Centre Managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly rolling forecasts, and ensure all business unit costs and revenue are accurately reflected and re-forecast each month.
  • Assist with the roll-out and ongoing maintenance of the Cost-To-Serve model, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure the output is understood properly.
  • Complete month-end close procedures for Milwaukee Division, and prepare analysis of monthly results providing insights on variances to forecast.
  • Regularly update and maintain the accuracy of various models in Anaplan, and track Capex requests to ensure forecast reflects approved requests.
  • Provide financial control and analysis on various areas of the business, ensuring the financial impact is communicated to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong business partnering skills with ability to explain financial matters to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Anaplan/TM1/Hyperion preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • CPA or CA qualification (or working towards completion) preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities and risks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and process improvement.
