Job OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Administrative Sales Coordinator to join our expanding team on a fixed-term contract basis. The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support to the sales team, handle customer communications, and manage project supply through our business management software.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and the sales team.
- Handle and direct various customer communications via telephone and email.
- Manage project supply using our business management software.
- Generate and process quotations, sales orders, and tax invoices.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate product supply.
- Administer and maintain office systems, including the CRM database.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable enquiries.
- High level administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent time management skills, prioritization, multitasking, and adaptability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated initiative and a commitment to excellence in your role.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Salary and BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary range between $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our agency operates nationally and offers 12-month guarantees on all permanent placements.
