Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Sales Coordinator to join our expanding team on a fixed-term contract basis. The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support to the sales team, handle customer communications, and manage project supply through our business management software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and the sales team.
  • Handle and direct various customer communications via telephone and email.
  • Manage project supply using our business management software.
  • Generate and process quotations, sales orders, and tax invoices.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate product supply.
  • Administer and maintain office systems, including the CRM database.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable and payable enquiries.
Requirements
  • High level administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent time management skills, prioritization, multitasking, and adaptability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a commitment to excellence in your role.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range between $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our agency operates nationally and offers 12-month guarantees on all permanent placements.
