Job Title: Sales Administration Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administration Professional to join our team at Superior People Recruitment. As a Sales Administration Professional, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective customer service and support to clients and sales teams, while undertaking a diverse range of administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service and support to clients and sales teams
  • Handling and directing communications and enquiries received via telephone and emails
  • Managing project supply through the utilisation of our business management software
  • Generating and processing quotations, sales orders, and Tax Invoices
  • Liaising with internal and external service providers and suppliers to coordinate product supply
  • Administering and maintaining office systems, and CRM database
  • Handling and reconciling accounts receivable and payable enquiries
  • General office and administration duties

Requirements:

  • High level administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish good rapport with current and potential clients
  • Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and manage competing demands and shifty priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
  • Desire to demonstrate initiative and achieve excellence in your role
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
