We're seeking an accomplished Senior Institutional Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to thrive on building meaningful client relationships and driving strategic growth.

In this key leadership position, you'll focus on expanding our presence across middle and institutional markets, family offices, and more. With a strong foundation in social infrastructure, commercial property, and unlisted property funds, you'll be pivotal in shaping the future of our Wealth & Capital Markets division.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to achieve growth in target markets.
  • Collaborating closely with Strategic Partnerships and Fund Managers to unlock opportunities.
  • Nurturing and strengthening relationships with key clients, delivering exceptional service.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities using your established networks.
  • Conducting market research to stay ahead of trends and providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Partnering across teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Mentoring and leading junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Driving sales initiatives and campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring targets are met.
