We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive success with Small-to-Medium (SMB) partner institutions.
This role requires someone who can leverage data insights to build strong relationships, execute scalable strategies, and maximize client engagement.
- Utilize data to understand client profiles, needs, and goals, ensuring Flywire products and services meet their expectations.
- Execute efficient strategies to increase Flywire's effectiveness on campus while providing timely issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with client stakeholders through targeted campaigns and direct engagement, aligning with our long-tail strategy.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Flywire products and services.
- In partnership with the Sales team, ensure clients comprehend the potential for additional success with relevant Flywire products and services.
- Protect and grow existing accounts by implementing a scalable account management strategy.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through existing products using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Sales to close new product opportunities that unlock an account's full potential.
- Support new client onboardings and product deployments.
- Work closely with Client Operations to resolve operational challenges.
- Represent Flywire in webinars and events as needed.
- Contribute to the development of the team, providing valuable 'on the ground' insight.
- Support the onboarding of new team members.
