Desktop Technical Specialist

This role is suitable for individuals with exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills.

We are seeking a Desktop Technical Specialist to provide on-site and remote technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will have the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in desktop troubleshooting
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle (for traveling to customers)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
