Desktop Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to coordinate various tasks within our desktop computing environment.

Job Description:

This role involves providing onsite and on-call assistance to end-users, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. Responsibilities include technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, printer support, MS Office tools installation, and deployment using SCCM.

Key Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, PC Laptop hardware, and peripherals.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • PC Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification, CompTIA A+ Certification, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area.
