- Evaluate teaching practice to ensure it meets the learning needs of students.
- Use student assessment data to diagnose barriers to learning and challenge students to improve their performance.
- Operate effectively at all stages of the teaching and learning cycle.
- Value opportunities to engage with the school community to enrich the educational context for students.
- Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearance.
- Tertiary Qualification in Education.
- Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) - conditionally accredited teachers and new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience on student wellbeing focused programs and/or initiatives.
