Job DescriptionAbout the Role

As a Healthcare Nutrition Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing specialist telephonic nutrition care and care coordination to our members. You will work closely with our team to develop comprehensive person-centred care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephonic healthcare assessments with members to identify their nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide quality, safe, and appropriate information to members with health or care needs.
  • Person-centred care planning, referring members to other service providers as required, and regular review to assess outcomes and modify care plans as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an Accredited Practising Dietitian with:

  • Current unrestricted registration with Dietitians Australia
  • Computer literacy and competency in MS Office suite
  • 5+ years (full-time equivalent) experience as an Accredited Dietitian
  • Experience in health coaching
