Dental Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead our dental team at Surry Hills Health Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our accredited dental practice, prioritizing strict infection control standards, exceptional dental procedures, and outstanding patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of dental assistants and receptionists
- Oversee management and coordination of dental stock, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste
- Develop and implement effective infection control policies and procedures
- Monitor and review dental processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with ADA and AHPRA policies and guidelines
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Dental Practice Manager
- Strong knowledge and application of infection control processes
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Dental Assisting Cert III or equivalent required
- 6 weeks annual leave
- No late evenings, Sundays, or public holidays
