Coffee Roasting Specialist

Dukes Coffee Roasters is a leading wholesale coffee roaster based in Australia.

We are seeking a highly organized and independent Orders & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves coordinating customer orders, organizing freight and delivery logistics, managing incoming/outgoing goods, and working with the production team to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

  • Coordinating customer orders (both B2B and B2C)
  • Organizing freight and delivery logistics
  • Managing inventory and ensuring a high food-grade warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in dispatch, supply chain, or warehousing, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.

About this role:

This position requires strong organizational skills to effectively coordinate and manage multiple customer orders. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  1. Receiving and processing customer orders
  2. Verifying order accuracy and resolving any discrepancies
  3. Coordinating freight and delivery logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods
  4. Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
