Job Overview

  • Minimise waste and maintain safety protocols throughout the roasting process.
  • Develop knowledge of coffee origins, roast profiles, and flavours through regular cupping sessions and training.
Requirements
  • Ability to focus and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about roasting techniques.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 24 kg.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
