Coffee Roasting Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Roast coffee according to required sensory profiles.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure all roasts are ready in time.
  • Minimise wastage and adhere to safety and quality protocols.
  • Develop expertise in coffee origins, roast profiles, and tastes through regular cupping sessions.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to focus well, minimising distractions.
  • Show willingness to undertake repetitive tasks.
  • Possess a passion for coffee and the ability to learn and adopt new roasting techniques.
  • Display basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Be physically fit and able to lift up to 24 kg.
  • Hold valid Australian working rights with unlimited working hours.
