The position of VENUE MANAGER for our RICHMOND Coffee Bar has recently opened up, and we're excited to find our next incredible leader

Founded in 2015, MAKER roasts and brews good, honest coffee in the heart of Richmond, with additional locations in South Yarra and Hardware Lane, CBD. By delivering outstanding and high quality specialty coffee together with friendly and welcoming service, MAKER has been able to grow its customers base and has become a recognised contributor to the ever-growing specialty coffee scene in Melbourne.

MAKER is a growing specialty coffee brand striving to deliver the best possible customer coffee experiences, putting a large emphasis on team work to deliver this, therefore, the successful applicants will need to work well in a team, be reliable, well presented and friendly.

This is a special role, being in the same building where all the roasting 'magic' happens. If the below sounds like you, please be in touch

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITY
- Full time (38hrs week)
- Guided and self motivated role
- Maintaining daily/weekly procedures such as running shifts / cleaning /

opening & closing brew bar / general tasks / ordering stock
- Weekly targets of wage to revenue ratio
- Staff motivation
- Coffee knowledge to be emphasized across the venue, in addition to working

alongside the developments within the MAKER coffee roasting team
- Manage rostering and HR
- Proactive innovation and identifying opportunities
