About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of calls and bookings while providing personalized support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various properties across Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, developing your knowledge of our hotels and packages.

You will also have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and other channels
  • Process bookings and reservations efficiently and accurately
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements

  • Established experience in hotel front office, reservations or call centre environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
