As People Leader and Operations Expert, you'll report to the Hotel Manager and support them in various capacities. You'll play a crucial part in pre-opening and ensuring smooth operations from day one.
Welcome to our hotel, located on Johnston Street. Our establishment brings New York's Soho-inspired architecture to Melbourne's Collingwood. We offer 95 high-quality micro apartments, reception with small F&B, boardroom, pool, and gym facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front office management, including complaint escalation and problem-solving, team management, training, rostering, and timesheet approvals
- Providing exceptional guest services at check-in, check-out, and during stay
- Creating memorable experiences for guests
- Identifying new sales leads and encouraging the team to do the same
- Responding to emergency situations professionally
- Building strong relationships with teammates and guests
- Supporting the Hotel Manager in higher-level hotel management and admin tasks, preparing for a future leadership role
