We are seeking a Specialist Disability Accommodation Tenancy Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality tenancy service to residents who live in department-owned Specialist Disability Accommodation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with residents, their support networks and Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers to establish and manage individual tenancies. You will ensure that tenancies are compliant with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (Victoria), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and other relevant legislation, regulation and policy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a high-quality and compliant Specialist Disability Accommodation tenancy service by adhering to legislation, regulation, and departmental policies and procedures.">
"> - Establish and maintain productive working relationships across the department and work in collaboration with key stakeholders, such as residents, their families, support networks and SIL providers.">
"> - Communicate effectively with residents, taking into account their preferred mode of communication, which may include telephone, video or in-person meetings.">
