  • Deliver Specialist Disability Accommodation tenancy services in line with legislation, regulation and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with residents, their families, support networks and SIL providers.
  • Communicate effectively with residents using the mode of communication they prefer.

This role involves key working relationships with residents, their support networks and SIL providers. It entails establishing and managing individual tenancies, ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (Victoria) and other relevant legislation and policy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tenancy Services: Provide high-quality Specialist Disability Accommodation tenancy services by adhering to legislative requirements, regulations and departmental policies and procedures.

2. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain productive working relationships across the department and with key stakeholders, such as residents, their families, support networks and SIL providers.

3. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with residents using the mode of communication they prefer.
