Strategic Sales Leader for Mining Industry

About the Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in delivering profitability and growth by developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers. You will report directly to the Area Manager – Eastern Processing and be responsible for expanding Bradken's Processing Product Groups and identifying strategies for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow market share in your region.
- Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction while advising on product development opportunities.
- Prepare and justify sales budgets to upper management, ensuring targets are met.
- Use systems such as Salesforce to input significant customer activities, pipeline opportunities, and market intelligence.
Requirements:
- Formal qualifications in Engineering, Mining, Business, or a Trade background.
- Demonstrated years of experience in Mining and associated markets.
- High level of understanding of Grinding Mills and Crushers is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with mineral processing plants and mining operations is preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
