Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team providing customer-focused corporate services, including people and culture, information technology, procurement, risk, finance, internal audit, project delivery, and legislation access functions.


Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve work practices, systems, and processes across the organization to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and outcomes.
  2. Model best practice employee management and act as a thought leader for all aspects of an integrated corporate services function, providing strong counsel and guidance on people and culture, strategic, legislative access, financial, governance, risk, and property matters.
  3. Lead the risk, finance, and internal audit functions, ensuring necessary risk management, governance frameworks, financial, and other systems and internal controls are in place to maintain compliance with relevant policies and legislative requirements.
