Career Opportunity: Corporate Services Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive excellence across our organization. As a dynamic manager, you will be responsible for optimizing corporate operations in healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource Optimization: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, performance, and resources, ensuring the most effective utilization of our resources.
- Process Development: Ensure all processes, procedures, and policies align with industry standards and regulations, creating procedural manuals, rules, and regulations for staff use.
- Complex Analysis: Analyze complex issues, preparing detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Support: Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and providing accurate information and insights for financial planning.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop staff across multi-functional and remote work teams, ensuring seamless business operations and provision of accurate, timely information.
- Representation: Represent our organization at public events, advocating for and negotiating on behalf of the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure representatives from different departments are involved in project communications and collaboration when required.
- Strategic Support: Provide support, research, and advice to senior management to develop, analyze, determine, and implement strategies that enable our organization's functions and responsibilities to be fulfilled at the highest level.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate services management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
What We're Looking For:
A tertiary or higher qualification in business management, minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role or a related field, or alternative minimum 5 years of experience managing people, finances, and business operations. A good understanding of finance and business administration practices, demonstrated skills in developing and implementing financial budgets, reports, and contractor management, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
