About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Frontline Capability Branch, you will be responsible for administering the deployment of Frontline Learning programs via the Learning Management System (LEAP).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the scheduling and deployment timelines for facilitated learning modules.
- Handle course logistics, including registrations, enrolments, cancellations, accommodation, and travel.
- Collate learning and capability data from various sources into a centralised system.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and provide administrative support for Frontline Learning programs.
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship
- Strong attention to detail and computer literacy, with the ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage workload independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Excellent work ethic, motivation for continuous improvement, and openness to learning new skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with Learning and Development environments.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, ideally with experience in the public sector.
