What's the Opportunity?

YMCA Victoria is seeking a permanent Coordinator for our Before and After School Care service at Armstrong Creek. This is a full-time position with varied working hours from Monday to Friday, between 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:30pm - 6:00pm, with ample administration time during the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and strategic development of the program;
  • Work with the Regional Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities;
  • Build positive relationships with the school, families, local community groups, and contract partners;
  • Manage a team of educators who support the operation of a high-quality Outside of School Hours Care program.

What Do You Need?

  • A Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA;
  • A First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent);
  • A valid Victorian Working with Children's Check - employee check;
  • A Food Safety Supervisor certificate within the first month of employment.
