**Job Overview**

  • This role will focus on managing the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Accounts Management: Ensure accurate and timely transactions, manage invoices and payments, and handle billing and collections.
  • Payroll Processing: Administer and process payroll for staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Financial Software Management: Utilise Xero and Hubdoc for financial reporting, reconciliation, and document management.
  • BAS Reporting: Prepare and lodge IAS (Instalment Activity Statement) and BAS (Business Activity Statement), ensuring compliance with ATO requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero and Hubdoc.
  • Familiarity with WHMCS or similar billing management software.
  • Experience in preparing and lodging IAS and BAS.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
