This role will involve working closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our reception area and provide high-quality assistance to both internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Prior experience in a similar role providing excellent customer service is desirable but not essential.
  • The ability to multitask responsibilities while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people both within and outside the firm.
  • The capability to work independently as well as contribute to a broader team environment.
  • A basic understanding of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and directing incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Greeting clients and providing a warm welcome to our office.
  • SUPPORTING THE COORDINATION OF MEETING BOOKINGS AND EVENTS.
  • Receiving and managing the processing of both incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms to present a positive image of BDO.
  • Performing general administration duties as required.
