Our Equipment team is responsible for managing 13,000 fleet and machinery, ensuring they are efficient and safe for use. As part of this team, we need an experienced Workshop Maintenance Coordinator to support coordination and planning of all fleet maintenance activities within Toll.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly adaptable and resilient Workshop Maintenance Coordinator to join our Kewdale, W.A team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle service and maintenance within Toll's workshops and external workshops.
Your primary objective will be to ensure high levels of vehicle service compliance without compromising quality and with minimal downtime of assets, thereby maximizing effective asset utilization.
Roster: Monday - Friday
In this role, you will:
- Plan and coordinate vehicle service bookings with stakeholders effectively.
- Built strong working relationships with internal customers, driving new processes to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure efficient planning and management of service bookings, minimizing maintenance expenses.
- Engage with third-party maintenance providers, partnering with them to achieve high service quality outcomes.
- Complete relevant quality assurance tasks and administrative duties as required.
What We Offer:

About You:

As a strategic thinker, problem solver, and outcome-focused individual, you must be able to balance competing priorities and drive results-oriented initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is also essential.
