Help Desk Operator

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing exceptional customer service and technical support. They will be responsible for resolving technical issues efficiently, ensuring accurate and consistent processing of service events, and promoting a positive safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality help desk and client interface services
  • Maintain data integrity and specifications entered into QFM
  • Be available to cover rostered shifts between 6am to 6pm on Monday to Friday normal workdays
  • Identify process improvements and innovations
  • Interact with management, staff, subcontractors, hospital staff at all levels, and general public
  • Maintain and report on any complaints made to the help desk

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills
  • Experience using QFM or similar maintenance management system
  • In line with required legislation, valid and current National Police check (within 3 months), and other immunisations
