Job Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support contract growers in the region to meet quality, quantity, price and timeliness targets.
  • Inspect fields and provide expert agronomic advice to growers.
  • Communicate effectively with growers, management and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage time effectively, particularly during peak periods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a production agronomist.
  • Strong knowledge of hybrid seed production and broadacre cropping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
