Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Agronomist to specialize in Broadacre Agronomy and work closely with growers to establish cropping plans, advance our services, and develop agronomy strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with growers to establish cropping plans using the Agworld platform.
  • Advance our services provided to growers through the development and implementation of Precision Agriculture.
  • Develop and present agronomy strategies in conjunction with branch managers and senior agronomists.
  • Communicate with key suppliers and develop demonstration sites.

About You:

  • Must be an experienced Agronomist with tertiary qualifications such as a Bachelor of Science/Agronomy.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, adaptable to change, and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Keen interest in agricultural production and technology.
  • Passionate about agronomy and highly developed technical, management, and leadership skills.
