Our team is seeking an accomplished Agronomy Specialist to support contract growers in a region. This role will involve collaborating with growers to develop and implement effective agronomic strategies, ensuring they meet quality, quantity, price, and timeliness targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support growers in achieving their goals through the provision of expert advice on crop management practices.
  • Work closely with growers to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate crop performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy or a related field, with experience in hybrid seed production or broadacre cropping. They should also possess excellent communication and time management skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with growers and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in agronomy or a related field.
