**About you**
- Strong background in agricultural sciences, particularly in crop agronomy, physiology, and livestock production
- Hands-on experience operating and maintaining field research equipment (e.g., tractors, GPS systems, sprayers, plot harvesters)
- Highly organised with excellent coordination and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team environment
