Delivery and Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Delivery and Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Wagga Wagga.

As the critical link between our branch, customers, and their projects, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice, and ensuring our equipment is ready for hire.

The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. You will also have the ability to work half day Saturday's on a rotating roster and be physically fit enough to lift and stand for long periods.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert advice to customers on how to safely use our equipment.
  • Perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, which includes safely loading and unloading of equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all customer interactions.
  • Maintain the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.
  • Perform cleaning of branch facilities and maintenance of equipment as required.
  • Conduct equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections.
