Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Head of Technology for Non-Financial Risk to lead our global technology strategy for risk management. This role will be pivotal in promoting operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and technological innovation within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your executive-level management experience in Technology leadership roles within the financial services industry to develop and execute technology strategies that support non-financial risk management and compliance objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in Compliance, Financial Crime, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, and Prudential Risk to identify technology needs and challenges.
  • Lead the implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of non-financial risk management practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in executive-level management in Technology leadership roles within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on risk management.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing technology strategies that support non-financial risk management and compliance objectives.
  • Extensive knowledge of non-financial risk management frameworks, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing offshore technology teams, including in-house engineering teams and external vendor teams.
  • Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, and data management technologies.
