Customer Service Representative Job Summary

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service by managing customer enquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high level of support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and possess attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring first-call resolution and developing strong relationships with key customers.
  • Process daily orders, returns, and credits efficiently, collaborating with warehouse staff and transport companies as required.
  • Provide customer service assistance to internal teams, including sales representatives, and process orders into the SAP system.
  • Act as a liaison between field-based personnel and customers, communicating on issues related to expired stock.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a telephone-based position.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical or medical devices sectors is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephony skills are essential.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Complex problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data input are crucial.
