About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team in Adelaide, SA.

  • Provide generalist HR support across the business, including coaching leaders and managing employee relations.
  • Support Business Partners to guide workforce planning, skills profiling, and classification structures.
  • Analyse HR data and trends to inform decision-making and drive improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or maintenance/service industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems, policies, and industrial instruments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the confidence to handle challenging conversations.
