This exciting opportunity requires an administrative professional with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Your primary responsibility will be to support the coordination and facilitation of intern and new hire education, ensuring seamless communication with managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute education sessions, including scheduling and logistics
  • Distribute weekly calendars and reminders to ensure all stakeholders are informed
  • Organize and distribute educational materials, maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare classrooms and conference rooms for live or virtual education sessions, guaranteeing a conducive learning environment
  • Monitor attendance for both onsite and remote sessions, providing essential insights for improvement
  • Foster relationships with the recruiting department to facilitate interviews and onboarding processes
  • Interact regularly with HR, Learning and Development, Employee Services, and Immigration teams to ensure a cohesive experience
  • Provide administrative support for employee queries and office transfers, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and social activities, enhancing the overall team experience
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, coordinator, or similar role
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Superior time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities
  • Strong proficiency in Outlook, scheduling systems, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn additional tools
