Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in delivering construction projects across Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the project manager with day-to-day coordination of construction projects;
  • Managing project documentation, procurement schedules, and reporting;
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants;
  • Assisting with project scheduling, progress tracking, and budgeting;
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards;
  • Supporting tendering and contract administration processes;
  • Attending site meetings and assisting with on-site coordination;
  • Helping to resolve challenges quickly and collaboratively.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4 years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role within the construction industry;
  • A solid understanding of construction processes and terminology;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in construction software (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar);
  • A relevant qualification in construction management or a related field is desirable;
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great work.
