Customer Service Professional

The Customer Service Professional is a dynamic role that requires actively engaging with customers through various channels, including phone calls, in-person visits, and video meetings. The primary goal is to promote and sell products, generate new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound sales activities to generate new business
  • Attending industry events to represent the company and build connections
  • Promoting the entire product portfolio across retailers, resellers, education, government, corporate, and end-users
  • Managing and recording all activity in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Achieving defined KPIs around outbound activity, sales targets, and customer engagement
  • Building strong customer relationships through quote follow-up, product support, and timely responses
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across the product range
  • Collaborating internally to ensure seamless customer experiences and share market insights
  • Staying up-to-date on customer trends, competitor offerings, and company alignment with industry standards

Requirements:

Experience in retail or B2B sales, ideally with outbound engagement (phone or face-to-face). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a highly self-motivated attitude and a customer-first mindset.
