Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative leader to drive our customer engagement strategy, delivering best-in-class experiences through forward-thinking initiatives.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, leveraging data insights and innovative technology to optimize our commercial strategy while enhancing productivity through automation and CRM.

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive customer engagement strategy for NN Oceania, driving the FFCE Roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive actionable insights for our commercial strategy by analyzing data and implementing effective solutions.
  • Enhance productivity by optimizing operations through automation and technology.
  • Optimize the sales force by implementing effective segmentation, targeting, and territory management.
  • Lead a highly engaged and high-performing team to achieve success together.
