Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to assist our Indirect Tax compliance team in the end-to-end administration of client engagements. This role involves coordinating with the team and clients to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end administration of client engagements from onboarding to completion
  • Submit engagement documentation into various Risk Management systems for approval
  • Prepare engagement letters and create job codes in SAP
  • E nsure the entirety of information received from clients is accurate and complete
  • Use tax return software to facilitate efficient processing
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders throughout the Deals, Tax & Legal practice to progress engagements through their lifecycle
Requirements
  • Administration experience preferably gained within a professional/corporate services environment
  • Possess a passion for providing quality and responsive customer service
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach with outstanding time management and prioritization abilities gained in a dynamic, high-volume environment
  • Show enthusiasm for solving problems and taking ownership of tasks and actions
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft office skills (Word and Excel)
  • Experience of working successfully in teams and building collaborative relationships at various levels
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate people, information, and resources effectively
