Job DescriptionThe role of Technical Support Specialist is a critical component of our customer-facing service delivery model. As a key member of the technical support team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues affecting customers.
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate effective communication with customers and colleagues.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in technical support and troubleshooting. You will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of our service delivery processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles, preferably in a healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Familiarity with medical equipment like ultrasound and diagnostic X-ray is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Hold a restricted electrical license or equivalent qualification.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in electronics, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- AU driver's license and Australian working rights.
