Job Description

A career opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Leader - Front Office to join our team at Pan Pacific Perth. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless interactions between guests, teams, and departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services:
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to LQA standards.
  • Provide professional, courteous, and attentive service to all internal and external guests.
  • Maintain current knowledge of hotel events, promotions, and operating hours.
  • Evaluate and address guest needs during check-in, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor the Front Office team, promoting high performance and smooth daily operations.
  • Expertly handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain open communication with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive services.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in hospitality management, preferably within a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Opera systems and check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Skillset:
  • Excellent communication skills for effective guest and team interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure.
