Training Capability Developer

As a key player in the development of staff capabilities, this role will see you drive the delivery of training programs and learning paths across the Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective training solutions to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of learning requirements and develop targeted training plans.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address capability gaps.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve training outcomes and participant satisfaction.

This role also involves leading new employee onboarding programs and driving engagement with training initiatives. The successful candidate will be able to adapt their approach to meet the needs of various audiences and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience in training or coaching. They will also have demonstrated expertise in using Learning Management Systems.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering training or coaching programs that achieve desired outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, liaison, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems.
