This role is focused on leading a team of experts to develop and implement training programs that cater to the needs of field service teams across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for field services teams.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning content, facilitate workshops, and address emerging learning needs.
- Drive team growth and contribute to ongoing success by leveraging leadership skills and expertise in digital learning.
- Proven experience in managing learning and development teams, with a strong background in content creation and capability development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in digital learning, online content creation, learnership programs, and customer service soft skills training in operational environments.
- Able to leverage technology for effective learning and possess strong leadership skills.
