Capability Development Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of our logistics team, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to equip team members with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with the Call Centre Team Leader to provide operational guidance and support, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Design and deliver effective coaching and development tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Training, Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment, Project Management or related field.
- Proven experience in documenting customer service processes and procedures, with a focus on developing valuable training materials.
- Strong ability to build and deliver engaging training programs across multiple channels, with a track record of success in coaching and training within high-volume contact centers.
