Job Requirements

The successful applicant will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or significant experience in training and development
  • Experience administering an online Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning content creation tools
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and evaluating training programs
  • Previous experience in delivering training, assessment, and mentoring
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
Key Aspects of the Role

This is a 12 month full-time term contract position. The role will work closely with the Coordinator Organisation Development to coordinate and support the delivery of effective Learning and Development programs.

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award.
