Learning and Development Coordinator

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programs, including face-to-face, virtual and blended training.
  • Manage enrolments, scheduling, communications and training logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Support managers to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted training solutions that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Maintain accurate data, reporting and learner support within our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Build strong relationships with managers, employees and training providers to promote learning initiatives that align with our values and customer service culture.
About You:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working with people and systems. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Experience coordinating L&D programs in a corporate or multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong reporting/analysis ability.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for supporting workforce capability.
