About Our Opportunity

At the City of Newcastle, we're seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our city infrastructure initiatives. As a key member of our project management office team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-profile programs that drive positive change in our community.

This role is perfect for a motivated and strategic thinker who can provide direction, guidance, and support to frontline business leaders and project staff. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure program and project delivery aligns with organisational goals and strategic objectives.

About the Role

We're offering a competitive remuneration package of $120,061.83 per annum (inclusive of 11.5% superannuation) for a 35-hour week. In addition, you'll enjoy a range of benefits including 4 weeks annual leave, flexible work arrangements, and access to exclusive employee benefits programs.
