About the Opportunity:

  • We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our off-the-plan apartment sales team.
  • With a conservative OTE of $300K - $400K, this is an excellent opportunity to boost your earning potential.
  • As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with the Project Director to develop and implement sales strategies that drive results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guide the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve project goals.
  2. Research the market and assist in reviewing product mix to ensure optimal sales performance.
  3. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging sales collateral and display suite set-ups.
  4. Manage day-to-day operations of the Sales Suite, ensuring seamless sales experiences for clients.
  5. Develop and maintain channel partner relationships to expand our reach and drive sales growth.
  6. Build and manage a database of potential buyers, preparing them for the launch of our new project.
  7. Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building to drive sales conversions.
  8. Provide key information on units, features, and structure of the building to educate buyers and facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  9. Educate buyers regarding property investment opportunities and provide general property market commentary to establish trust and credibility.
  10. Maintain ongoing communication with purchasers throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  11. Assist in hiring and managing Sales Executives and Hosts/Assistants to support the sales team.
  12. Closely collaborate with the Marketing team to achieve sales objectives and drive project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in selling off-the-plan apartments with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in managing external agent channel partners to drive sales growth.
  • Real Estate License to operate in the Australian market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Able to work weekends from launch onwards to ensure seamless sales experiences.
